Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Premium Monthly or College App Pack anytime from Settings. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Subscription refunds

Request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge or any renewal charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

College App Pack

The College App Pack is $29.99/year and renews automatically each year until you cancel. Premium Monthly is $4.99/month and renews monthly. Cancel anytime in Settings. Cancellation keeps access through your paid period.

Gifts

A College App Pack gift costs $29.99 once, grants one year from redemption, and never auto-renews. Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. A full refund voids an unused gift code or ends access granted by that gift; other paid access is unchanged.
