Using ServeStamp

By using ServeStamp you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service with a parent or guardian's permission. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information.

Honest records and sign-off

Log only work you actually performed. Do not impersonate an organizer, confirm your own hours, misuse links, bypass verification protections or submit misleading records. Organizers should confirm only work they supervised and dispute inaccurate details. The signer must not be a relative or friend.

School rules and verification limits

Organizer sign-off records a confirmation, not a guarantee of organizer identity or independent auditing. Schools, scholarship programs and other recipients decide what qualifies. ServeStamp does not guarantee acceptance, graduation credit, scholarships or admission.

School chapter pilot

Chapters require ServeStamp owner approval. Students choose to join and may leave at any time. Advisors must use shared records only for their chapter's service requirements, protect exported copies, and follow their school's privacy and consent rules. Advisors cannot edit or delete student records. Chapter approval is not an endorsement of a school or NHS chapter and does not create a school-authorized education-record agreement. We may pause or remove pilot chapters. Joining a chapter does not require or grant Premium.

Free proof and paid plans

Your share link and basic verified-hours PDF are always free. College App Pack is $29.99/year, renews automatically each year until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings. Premium Monthly is $4.99/month with the same features and automatic monthly renewal.

You actively agree to renewal before payment. We send an annual renewal reminder 14 days beforehand with the date, amount and a manage or cancel link. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Request a full refund within 7 days of the first or any renewal charge by emailing hello@servestamp.com.

Your content and shared records

You retain rights to your submitted information and allow us to process and display it to provide the service. Share links responsibly. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others. Verified sessions are locked against editing; you can delete them. Deleted records cannot retract PDFs or copies already shared.

Account deletion and suspension

You can delete your account in Settings or request help by email. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or interference with the service. We will respond to questions about restrictions through our contact address.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep ServeStamp available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free records. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect losses. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
